This form of art work is called "chikan" work that has been perfected by women artisans in
Lucknow, U.P. (India) When you wear this piece of art, it is like you are wearing a piece of
history. It traces back to the days of Nur Jahan, the beautiful wife of the Mughal Emperor
Jahangir. She's believed to be the pioneer of this art form.
